20 May, 2010 - Full Refunds in Event of Cancellation

There has been major disruption to air travel in Europe in recent weeks due to the ash cloud resulting from volcanic eruptions in Iceland. This disruption is unlikely to be repeated. It is widely accepted that the initial response by Europe’s aviation and transport authorities was excessive, and regulations on the concentrations of ash through which it is considered safe to fly have now been considerably relaxed. However, the volcanic activity remains unpredictable, and in the event – albeit unlikely - that there is further major disruption to international air travel that prevents delegates and speakers from travelling to London, Reconnaissance International will cancel the Tax Stamp Forum and provide all delegates with a full refund on their delegate fees.

We remain optimistic that this course of action will not be necessary. But participants in the Tax Stamp Forum can rest assured that, in the worst case scenario – ie the cancellation of the event – they will be fully reimbursed for their fees and will not therefore, suffer any financial loss.
