In addition to the exciting line-up of speakers for the second Tax Stamp Forum, we are pleased to confirm that John W Colledge will be providing an update on the FCTC's Illicit Trade Protocol.

John is a specialist in customs, anti-illicit trade and anti-money laundering. He acted as a technical consultant for the Framework Convention Alliance during the negotiations and attended all the INBs as an observer, the most recent of which ended without a definitive agreement on a global track & trace system for tobacco.

John's presentation will cover the objectives of the FCTC and where it goes next with its objective to prevent the illicit trade in cigarettes.

An additional presentation will be made by tax stamp numbering and serailisation specialists Atlantic Zeiser on : "Highly Effective yet Cost Efficient Production, Authentication and Track & Trace".
